Terms & Conditions – Pallet Liquidation Kings

Welcome to Pallet Liquidation Kings. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure both parties are fully aware of and agree upon our service expectations and policies.

1. General

All orders are subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate inventory counts on our website. However, in rare cases of a stock discrepancy, we may be unable to fulfill all items at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will fulfill the available items and contact you to confirm whether you’d prefer to wait for the backordered item or receive a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, and destination. Shipping fees are collected at the time of purchase and will reflect the final cost of delivery.

3. Returns

3.1 Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns due to change of mind if the request is made within 3 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in original packaging, unused, and in the same condition it arrived in.

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense and must be arranged by the customer.
  • Once received and inspected, eligible returns will be issued store credit.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3.2 Warranty Returns

We honor valid warranty claims made within 90 days of receiving your order.

  • Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer, and we will reimburse this cost upon successful claim approval.
  • Warranty claims are processed within 7 business days of receipt.
    If approved, you may choose between:
    (a) A refund to your original payment method
    (b) Store credit
    (c) A replacement item (subject to availability)

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Transit Times

Most domestic shipments arrive within 2–5 business days.

4.2 International Transit Times

International shipments typically take 3–7 business days, depending on the courier selected at checkout.

4.3 Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 4:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Saturday, excluding national holidays. We take steps to minimize delays during these closures.

4.4 Address Changes

Requests to change the delivery address can be made any time before the order has been dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

We ship to P.O. boxes via postal services only. Courier delivery is not available for these addresses.

4.6 Military Addresses

We can ship to military addresses using USPS only.

4.7 Out-of-Stock Items

If part of your order is out of stock, we will hold the entire order until all items are available, unless you instruct otherwise.

4.8 Delayed Deliveries

If your delivery exceeds the expected time frame, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

5. Tracking Notifications

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your package in real time, based on updates from the shipping provider.

6. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please reject the package if possible and contact us immediately. If the parcel was left unattended, contact our customer service with photos and a description of the issue.

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax is included in the price of goods displayed on our website.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.
If you refuse to pay duties and the package is returned, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. Order Cancellations

If you change your mind, you may cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our return policy.

9. Shipping Insurance

All parcels are insured for loss or damage up to the value declared by the courier.

9.1 Damaged in Transit

We will process a refund or replacement after the courier has completed their investigation.

9.2 Lost in Transit

If the courier deems the parcel lost after investigation, a refund or replacement will be issued.
