1. Domestic Shipping (USA)
To begin with, we proudly ship to all 50 states in the United States. Furthermore, all shipping fees shall be calculated at checkout for your given delivery address:

International Shipping Restrictions
Please note the following restrictions for international orders:
Our system may prompt you to remove an item from your shopping cart if your destination country does not permit the import of that item.
We cannot ship items valued over $50,000 or process orders totaling more than $50,000. For larger purchases, please place separate orders under this limit.

For international orders, we work with trusted freight forwarding partners to deliver your liquidation pallets securely and discreetly.
Canada Shipping (Landmark): When shipping to Canada, you will receive a domestic tracking number to monitor your order as it travels to the shipping hub. Your item will be delivered within the timeframe provided at checkout. If your package does not arrive on time, contact us at sales@palletliquidationkings.com for immediate assistance.
Other Countries (FedEx Cross Border): For all other international destinations, we partner with FedEx Cross Border to handle checkout and delivery. Upon completing your purchase, once your order is dispatched you will receive a Unified Tracking link to monitor your package’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep (shipping address). If your package is delayed, contact us at sales@palletliquidationkings.com for prompt support.
5. International Shipping Rates & Fees
Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout based on several factors, including:

At Pallet Liquidation Kings, we are committed to offering the best value on liquidation pallets while ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Due to the nature of liquidation products, we have specific policies regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please review the following guidelines carefully.

Given the unique nature of liquidation pallets, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once a pallet has been purchased and shipped. However, if your order arrives with significant damage or an error on our part, we are here to help. Please follow the guidelines below for any issues.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your pallet arrives with significant damage or defective items that were not disclosed, here’s how to proceed:
Report the Issue: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your pallet at sales@palletliquidationkings.com.
Provide Documentation: Send us clear photos of the damaged items, the pallet packaging, and your order number to assist in the resolution process.
Resolution Options: Depending on the situation, we will offer one of the following solutions:
A partial refund reflecting the value of the damaged items.
A 100% reshipment on all insured orders if they have any complications with logistics because our customers are our number one priority.
Store credit for future purchases.
3. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong pallet or there are significant discrepancies in your order:
Report the Issue: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your pallet.
Resolution Options: We will either:
Ship the correct pallet (if available).
Provide store credit or a partial refund based on the discrepancy.
4. Quality Concerns
We strive to accurately represent the contents of each pallet. However, since liquidation products may have varying conditions, we cannot guarantee the functionality or appearance of every item. If you have legitimate concerns about undisclosed damage or misrepresented items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Due to the liquidation nature of our business, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds in the following cases:
Pallets that have been opened or partially processed.
Orders not reported as damaged, incorrect, or incomplete within 48 hours of delivery.
Minor cosmetic damage or wear typical of liquidation products.
Dissatisfaction due to the condition of individual items disclosed at purchase.
Shipping delays caused by carriers or external factors beyond our control.
6. Shipping Considerations
We take precautions to ensure pallets are securely packaged for shipment. However, once your order leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier. We strongly recommend selecting insured shipping for added protection. When your pallet is insured, we automatically cover everything in case of any inconveniences with logistics or shipping. If there are any complications, we will provide a 100% reshipment because our customers are our number one priority.
7. How to Initiate a Claim
If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or store credit under our policy, follow these steps:

Provide Order Details: Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting documentation (e.g., photos of damage or incorrect items).
Resolution Timeframe: We will investigate and respond within 3-5 business days with a resolution.
8. Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued through your original payment method checkout.

Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
